I just got a T-Mobile phone. Its a prepaid plan that I pay a month in advance for service. So if I dont pay come May 6 then my service is cut off. All day my phone has been temp. out of service. (my bill was already paid for this month) I called them and they said its a glitche and that everyone who has a billing cycle of the 6th is without service. I asked is this something that always happens on the 6th, she said no this is the first time. I find it odd that she was able to narrow the problem down to a billing cycle clitch if this was the first time. So I'm thinking this is something that always happens. Does this always happen? How long will service be out? She says 4hrs but I called at 9:30a and its 10hrs later and no phone! Because they have it set up that your phone will get cut off if not paid by the 6th could it be that everyones phone is off regardless if you paid or not? I got a family plan and the other phones are off too. Anyone have this problem?
