G gregd New member Jan 29, 2011 #1 My dad just puts soap on the sponge and scrubs the dish then rinses it off. Sponges are apparently full of bacteria so this doesn't sound that clean, I scrub the dish then put soap on it by hand. Is what my dad doing clean enough?
