Is this shy girl interested or not?

I like this girl and she's very shy and introverted so it makes it hard for me to read her when I normally can read most people. When I talk to her, she will make playful jokes about my coffee-drinking habits and things like that and look me in the eyes. She never comes to parties and what not no matter who invites her, myself included, since she doesn't like to be around a lot of people. The one party she did attend in recent weeks she got drunk and was touching me a bit as we spoke. She also will come to me and make random small talk if she's already in a group. I catch her looking at me as well randomly in courses we have together. Because of that I kind of get the feeling she's into me, but because she's so shy around me, moreso I think than around others even, it's really hard to tell.

So do you think she's interested in me? And what signs should I look for in girls this shy?
