I have a smoothie recipe that has 5 of your 5 a day and makes two cups so each cup is 2.5 of you 5 a day.
i have it during the day
its basically this:
200ml of soya milk
4 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt with honey
1 portion of broccoli
1 portion of apple
1 portion of carrot
1 portion of banana
and 1 portion of orange
is this smoothie ok, i am thinking of ways to vary it but is there anything wrong with this?
