11 year old child has started scratching her legs & arms til they bleed. She has had abuse by her mother, who she is removed from now. The mother will do things to get to her, like send things, or drive by etc.
This will set off the picking & then once it is healing, she will pick it again to see it bleed. She tells us it makes her feel better once it bleeds.
