Is two hundred thousand miles to much on a used Infiniti g20?

I thinking of buying a used Infiniti G20 for 2 grand, but the only downside to this car is that it has 200,000 thousand miles on it. The owner says it has a rebuilt engine. The car in good condition all around. The owner is also throwing in rims, and a nice stereo system. What do you guys think?
forgot to mention that the car year is 1991
