is ufc the same as karate or ninjitsu?

karates slow learning and not very fast to learn, being good takes a while. for school bullies you should look for something less stereotypical. I'd take boxing...I'd say MMA would be good to learn but there are'nt many places to learn MMA. (I know the basics of alot of styles which seem to be effective.) So I think you should stick with boxing while also learning the basics of other styles like wrestling and Karate(ground fighting)

Basically, UFC stands for Universal Fighting Championship, and is comprised of many different types of martial arts, so you can't "learn" UFC. Karate is basic self-defense, which can help relatively quickly, and ninjitsu is a misspelling of ninjutsu and jujitsu. The former is more guerilla warfare tactics, which would not be practical for dealing with a bully in short-term. Jujitsu is about using your opponent's power against him, and would be best for dealing with a larger, slower enemy. You decide which is best.
