Is what i ate today healthy?

is what i ate healthy enough for a 14 year old who is 125 lbs, 5"5 and wants to lose weight?

breakfast= black berries

lunch= broccoli,peas,corn, and tofu mixed.

snack= peanut butter on a slice of bread

dinner= salmon shiskabob with some green beans and a potato.

snack= havent had it yet, but planning on eating some cantaloupe.


also, im a pescetarian[ the only meat i eat is fish and sea food]. do you think maybe i need to eat less food? i've been eating healthy like this for about 23 days, and i only lost like maybe 5-6 pounds. is it just taking long or is taht all i will lose? thanks in advance
i forgot i do work out i walk and do cruches its not much but its better than what i used to do.
