Islam: Is it moral to use pictures on the internet or is it considered stealing?

I'm not asking if it's legal or not, I'm just speaking in terms of being morally correct in using it. Is it considered stealing or not??
I mean if you search for images on google and you took them and edited them to put them in a presentation or something or maybe to develop a new website. Is it considered wrong to do that?
What if you can't create those images yourself and you when you found them you directly used them, is that wrong or not?
I'm using in the design of a private website ( that is only accessed with username and password)..
 
Copyright infringement is not theft.

If you're using them for noncommercial purposes you should be fine. What are you using them for?

If it's a private, non-commercial site, there's no problem.
 
No it is not haram if since there is no restriction from that site to use it
