international exam? but don't mention that they devote all their resources to a select few...America devotes educational resources to everyone (free public education doesn't exist in China) and even counts the scores of the mentally handicapped...it's easy to have a well educated elite (they also steal exams and cheat, which is encouraged by teachers to make themselves look good coz they have students with high scores) when you ignore the rest of the population...when trolling for votes, politicians should tell the whole story and not compare oranges and apples...australia and canada say they scored higher, but why is USA first choice of people to study abroad? I've lived from Pakistan and Egypt to China and Cambodia and USA is always #1 choice to study abroad...if they can't get into a school in the US, people 'settle' for canada...tell the whole story...US education isn't as bad as proclaimed because we educate everyone in a pluralistic democracy.
