As much as it pains me to say this, Lance Armstrong may have lied. He may have cheated. And he may have just been caught. Fans of this seven-time Tour de France winner are waking up today to the news that he is quitting his battle against*drug charges from the US Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) and forgoing his titles and his legacy as a true American hero.
