i got my puppy yesterday shes quality good appetite and eveyrthing but if she stats peeing or pooing at grab her and run her outside but as soon as she hits the cold she just tenses up and huddles up into my feet, what shall i do? use newspapers inside or just say outside with her untill shes starts again and finishes?
