[QUOTE="mo123, post: 2431154, member: 397770"] I was updating things on Cydia, and it made me remove appsync for 3.1.x (it is running 3.1.2 but it thinks it is on 4.0 in settings it says 4.0 because i told it too) and so then i decided to try installing appsync for 4.0/4.1 or whatever its called and it had me reboot the device and now it only shows the apple logo for about 15-25 minutes then it has a loading circle in the middle and then it flashes white and starts again. is there anyway to delete the program via SSH or boot into safe mode or otherwise turn on the iPod without restoring because i haven't backed it up in a few months and so I really do not want to restore. if your just guna tell me to restore don't bother. more info: iPod Touch 2nd gen running firmware version 3.1.2 but according to settings it is running 4.0 (i changed it don't ask how or why) but i know it is running 3.1.2. also i have tried running iRecovery and ZiPhone and neither worked. what can i do!!
