ITouch: TextFree App?

TextFree is a great app. I just got it yesterday and I was texting a friend. But, I also use twitter. Now, you can set your cell phone up to twitter and you text 40404 to do that. However, when I text the number 40404 from textfree it says that the number is not valid. I'm wondering why my cell can text it and get replies but textfree can't?
