i downloaded the newest itunes and on my itouch screen there is the usb cord and an arrow pointing to the itunes logo. meaning to plug my ipod into the computer and get into itunes. itunes says its downloading software update, but its already done it atleast 5 times, and i still have the cord and logo on my itouch screen. HELP! thanks
