I am making burgers tomorrow for a group of friends before we go out for the evening, and I am looking for your favorite recipe! Usually I just do lipton onion soup mix and some worcestershire sauce, but I am looking for something more creative, maybe turkey or chicken burgers too? Post your fav way to make them :)
 
We always mix our meat with finely chopped onions, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper. And sometimes we make two thin patties and place grated cheese and chopped jalapenos between the two patties and seal the edges. This makes inside out cheese burgers. They are always a hit!
 
Mmmm burgers!!! I make a chicken burger with frozen spinach and some spicy mustard mixed in, they are very yummy then a basil olive oil sauce on top (just a very light spread) and some fresh spinach instead of lettuce on an onion roll. My friends love em :)
 
Dude, I just made the most amazing swedish meatballs a few days ago! If you want the recipe let me know - but it'll take you a couple of hours to make!
 
I try to use different types of spices! My personal favorite is notreal steak seasoning by McCormick.
