My iPod started skipping all the way through my songs so I couldn't play anything. So I restarted (center button and Menu together) and when it started back up all my music had disappeared.I knew the next step was to Restore so I started up iTunes and connected my iPod to the computer. I got a message saying that files were corrupt on the iPod and now iTunes is not recognizing the iPod. If I close iTunes and start again I don't get any error message, the iPod is never recognized and the iPod screen displays the 'Do Not Disconnet' message - and it has been over 24 hours now.Any ideas how I can get the iPod restored?
