Itunes/Limewire/frostwire helpp!?

So I used Limewire and Itunes to get music on my ipod. well one day my computer crashed and i brought it to get fixed and asked him he could save my music but it turned out that he couldnt save anything so i cant sync my ipod to my computer bc it only transfers the music i bought and the only option is do remove all my music from my ipod and i have like 550 songs and i dont want to lose it all so is there a way i can get the music i downloaded back on my computer without puttting limewore or frostwire back on my computer bc last time it gave me viruses

For all the songs you purchased from iTunes just contact them and tell them your problem. They are one of the few companies that care about their customers. When you do get them back make sure to make a back up copy to a CD or DVD
