...converter that works with both ? i want to down load my dvd's to my laptop and convert the dvd to a format that works with my ipod classic & my nokia n95 .
 
Check out dvdfab. It has the options to convert the vide to iPod or Mobile. Still, you will have to convert to the format each device can read. In other words, they don't use the same movie format, so you have to waste time converting them to the proper one.
