run more often. Instead of walking, jog...i think it's jog... or it could be yog with a soft j....
anywho...
also, crunches and sit ups.
try dancing.
go in your room and turn up your music and dance crazy and out of control for like half an hour.
you should be sweating a lot by the end.
it doesn't have to be good dancing, just as long as you are having fun and your heart rate is up.
you will get more in shape AND have a little stupid fun lol

Well ruling out medical problems such as hypothyroid. You should be losing and it should be noticeable but maybe it just isn't yet. Has your weight decreased. Usually the best indicator is how your clothes fit. I would say do the following. Monitor you caloric intake. Make sure it isn't too high. Determine how much you need with an online calculator. You should be eating about 300-500 calories less than your maintenance level. Also up your cardio effort. Your body will adapt to a change so you constantly need to do new things to maintain Progress, more effort, new exercises. Maybe eat an extra 300 calories then increase your cardio to burn an extra 300, that will get your metabolism going.
