Okay, I've been watching these laser gadget videos and I've been recently wanting to make something like that of my own. Not a laser, but just something that shocks(for fun and to show off). So I've been wondering, If I were to cut the head of a charger off and turn it on, if the charging wire were to come into contact with metal, what would this do?
