I've downloaded 4movies from BiTorrent 7.2 now what do i need to burn them? will

VLC burn it? or DivX? I have both players but kinda lost when i go to burn, and whats with conversion?..PS i also have a NERO Disk which i have not yet downloaded onto my Lappy
