Ive Got A Motorola Razor With A Handler Problem?

I got This Razor phone, but when I try to DL Ringtones Personally made from a Xingtone site.. It says That I need to get "A handler" ??? how do I get this handler? theres a selection that says get handler at the bottom of the screen, But when I select it... it takes me to a page with no instructions.. Somebody help??
