I'm thinking about getting a 9mm. Last year I got a remington 870. I want to get something different this year. If you know what the word "clutch" means, that is what I want. I want the kind of gun that will make a robber pee his pants and at the same time say, "hey that's a nice gun"
 
Nothing is more imposing and scary looking than the Magnum Research Desert Eagle .50AE; that is why they are used in so many movies. It is a heavy gun and has a stiff recoil (the .44 Mag version has much more manageable recoil).

The basic sig 229 is a great gun. if you want to spend more you can get more flashy with something like this model
