How come they were good one year and bad the nexT?

How will their next season be?

I know its because of injuries but............

How can they improve!
 
there's lots of teams that r good one year n bad the next
 
They played to their potential last season using the players that excelled like Fred Taylor and this year they didn't they got away from how they were winning and played under expectations and made some very bad player decisions (IE signing Williamson, Porter, and losing Stroud). They should be ok next season but it's a do or die year for many players and the staff if they don't make the playoffs. Only way they can improve is sign Freddy to a LTC and get rid of the likes of Williamson, Porters, and a few others get some good F/A's and draft the right players
