I used Redsn0w, but don't use it unless your really set on it. You see, the problem with 4.2 is that you will have to use it as a "tethered connection". This means every time you power off your itouch and turn it back on, you have to turn it back on through redsn0w or it wont work. So I suggest Redsn0w only if you really really want to. Just remembered tethered is a pain in the butt. I suggest you also back up your itouch before attempting anything. Save all your apps and songs and videos.</p></blockquote><p></p>
