to a specific carrier?!? I managed to jailbreak my iPhone 3G v2.2.1 using QuickPwn.
The problem is that my carrier is Fido (in Montreal, QC) and now that the phone is jailbroken it's ROGERS that appears as the carrier instead of FIDO!
Even if i go in the settings and manually select Fido as the carrier is doesn't change nor save! I'm kind of freaking out now! Is there a way to change it? Will i be changed for not being on Fido network?!
Note: I do know that both companies are kind of the same and i suppose that the problem is due to both companies using the same SIM cards but i'm not sure enough to feel safe! :S
