jam buster electric scooter?

hi i just brought a jam buster electric scooter of a mate of mine and i went to charge it but it still dont seem to be keeping the power in can any ones help me please thank you

have the batteries tested, sounds like not holding charge.
they are expensive to renew. best of luck.
