Message: <blockquote data-quote="D_Offio" data-source="post: 1993184" data-attributes="member: 724093">If you have a voltmeter, measure the voltage of your battery.  It should read over 12 volts, like 12.6 to 14.2, something like that.  If the voltage is under 12, you probably have a weak battery or alternator.  If you can get a buddy to start the jeep, check it with the engine running, the number should be higher, if it is not, your alternator is toast.  If it is, I would look for a short.  If you have a battery charger, try charging the battery overnight and try again in the morning.Without being there, that is all the help I can give...hope it helps.Offio</blockquote>
