Jeep Wrangler 1994 Windshield Wipers Half Work?

I have a 1994 Sahara Jeep Wrangler that about 1 month ago the inside light was left on and battery died. I got a jump and then the car started and worked fine but the windshield wipers. They work when I turn them on. They DON'T WORK when I go to use the windshield wiper fluid and the fluid does not come out etheir even though it is full. I don't wax my car so I don't think the holes are clogged. Could it have just short circuited? How can I fix this or what should I expect if I take it to a car place?
 
First try to see if you can unclogg it yourself. and check to see if all the hoses are connected and go from there. use something like a neddle to try to unclogg it and disconnect the hoses and blow thru them to see if it comes out on the other side but most of the time they just come lose and stuff over a period of time.
