...service center do it or where? Or what kind of place do I take it to? And average cost?

Thanks for any info to help a girl out. : ) Have a dime/penny-sized area on the hood that chipped off somehow and not to pleased. : (

The area is light, so I think it's chipped only to a base coat? What is the risk of getting rust in the near future?
