I'm trying to put a 31x15x10.5 spare tire on my Jeep Wrangler. I had the original temp on it before. Do I need to take off the 3 small rubber bumpers to fit this on or is there something else I need to buy. like an extender or something like that? It's a 2004 TJ SE. THANKS!
