If its surface rust and you are on a budget you might be able to work on it yourself. Remove the seats and carpeting, get some good sandpaper, maybe a electric sander. Sand the rusted area very good, clean it up real nice then use a high quality primer and paint on it. This will help save you some time and money-help it last longer. Now if its rusted all the way through you might need to get them replaced which can get quite expensive.</blockquote>
