Just got new Creative Recreations , but the heel is really loose when I walk?

everything else fits fine , if not a little too snug . But when i walk the heel is extremely loose ? is this normal ? how can i make it fit better ? thanks
it isnt loose when im sitting , its just my heel goes up when i start walking . and theyre like that for my nike dunks too , except the CRs are alot looser .

The heel shouldnt be loose. that happens if the heel isn't properly placed on the sole of your shoe, bring it back to Macy's or where ever you got it & get another pair that fit you properly.
