What is the best gloves to wear for sparring the punching bag ?

You don't spar the punching bag. For sparing, depending on your size I would recommend regular boxing gloves, 14 - 16 oz. For training on the heave bag you can pretty much use what you want. I would recommend to use the ones that go with your sport. If you do MMA, take MMA gloves. If you do boxing, take boxing gloves.
