Kepler's 3rd law and distance of a satellite?

I am having a hard time finding the average altitude of the ISS, using Kepler's 3rd law. I know that the orbital period of the ISS is 90 days, or .000171119329 years. I square that and then take the cube root to find the distance from earth(AU) which comes out to .0030822371(AU). This is nowhere near the actual value of the the ISS(46,1096.5057km compared to actual 354km) Where am I going wrong?
