KINDLY TELL ME HOW TO KNOW HE MY PHONE IS ANDROID OR SYMBIAN?

Go on the phone, find your settings button. Under settings should be something like "About" , go there and scroll down and look for the OS.
The OS for an Android will usually start with the words android following the version name/number.
