Alright, about 2 months ago i was playing b-ball for my b-ball team and i went up for a lay-up and came down hard on my knee sideways and i felt it almost twist and pop out of the socket, but it went back in. it took me about 1 week to get enough strength back into it before i could walk again, and i also waited about 2 more weeks after that to play b-ball again. We then went on to win the championship for our team (unimportant but id just thought id add =]) - so anyway its never really been the same, like theres no real pain or anything for running or jumping, or even when im squatting to catch for baseball, but if i squat down and kinda lean to the right on my knee it pops like it did in the b-ball game and hurts like hell for about 3 days and then goes back to normal.
~-~ im just wondering if i could have a torn ligament or something like that, or if its just out of place.
----------- im 14 if your wondering; and also when it pops it pops on the inside of my right knee, like the inside twists clockwise and the outer part twists inward
