I have a Scion xB and the radio has been messed up a tiny bit since I bought it: for no reason the tuner changes the station by 0.2. So if you're listening to 102.7, it suddenly becomes 102.5. The reason has remained a mystery. I wrote about this in my initial buyer's survey to Scion but never heard anything.
The car went out of warranty recently. When I asked about the radio, I was told to contact Toyota. Ultiamtely, I was told today that the region would replace the part for free if I pay the dealer labor.
I assume that this is a great deal and plan to do it, but what is the going rate or time charged to replace a stereo?
