Now - I have to be in the same room to receive internet. When I try to use my internet in another room I get an excellent signal strenght - but it still drops my connection. For it to stay connected I have to remain in the same room as the modem. It still drops the signal if I try another network at a restaurant, or our public library. What do I do? Why is my laptop not staying connect even when their is excellent signal strength.My wifes laptop can work anywhere within almost two blocks from our house.
