...worship the same God, yes? As I said, I'm NOT talking Jesus, Mohammed, or even differences in holy books, belief systems, methods of worship, places of worship et al.

I'm talking only about God. Do all three then believe in the same God?

But frankly I thought I was asking a very straightforward question and didn't so many varying answers.
 
theoretically because if you think about it don't both muslims and christians believe in jesus only differently and don't muslims and jews both believe in moses or abraham i forget which one but yeah so you don't necessarily have to leave out prophets but yeah i guess they probably do
 
not really, as Christians believe in trinity, Muslims and believe in Allah (one and only God), Judaism believe in God but they believe the ones who governs the earth are Angels.

if you think about it, its a little different.

Jesus IS G-d, so you can't leave Him out. As Judaism and Islam deny Jesus, we do NOT worship the same god.
 
I believe they do, at least that's what i gather when i talk with other people who believe and practice other religions. Although i find it hard to understand because what god is everyone serving? If you believe in the holy bible then you should believe in jesus.

well if this helps in the matter, I prayed to allah and asked if he was God, and I really searched for a answer, and it came right away actually and a voice said I do not know Allah. I prayed about Buddha being God, I had a dream of demons around the statue Buddha leading people astray. I asked if his name was Jesus, and I was angry when I asked because I lost my faith in jesus because he did jack all in my life, a voice came back and said My name is not Jesus, and you do not know my name. He neither denied Jesus as God, he just said my name is not Jesus.....so I am between 2 faiths between the father son and holy spirit, or the Jews, and he did denied Jesus, but all he said was my name is not Jesus, and the christians talk about how there are 3, and i was talking to the father. I am still seeking the truth.

People say why didn't he say his name was Jehovah or something, and I said maybe we do not pronounce his name right? and his right way to say his name is not known to us???? So I will pray my faith unto god and seek his face, but unto the Jewish way, and the christian way...my heart does go more Christian though, if that means anything...
 
Yes, all 3 religions are based on the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
 
They all believe in the single creator of the universe, but believe lots of different things about him.
