LED Indicator on blackberry no longer works!!!?

I have the flip blackberry (8220). It's about 2 weeks old, and the LED light stopped working. I've checked to make sure it was still on, and it is. I also turned it off and back on. I've turned my phone off and back on and still no light. Does anyone have any suggestions?!?!
 
with the device on, pull the battery, then wait about 1-2 mintutes and re-insert it. if that does not work, i would try just calling t-mobile. They might have you wipe your device back to the basics. they should give you a new one if its just two weeks old.
