I want to lose about 10 lbs so i started running. I ran 2 miles for a week strait with no problems. I took 2 days off for a break and to rest my legs. Now I am 2 days into week 2 and my legs are really starting to ache when i run. Is this normal? I really dont want to stop running for a bit because If i do i feel like I would just give it up all together. Anyone have any tips or anything? Should i walk a mile or two everyday until my legs are back to normal? Thanks.
