What did you encounter that was not as you had expected it to be?
Were the drinks cold, tasty, easy to get and served in a glass made of glass rather than a plastic cup?
Was it hard to sleep (in terms of noise and bedding)? Did you get bored? Was it dirty? Were you able to go for nice walks of the vicinity? Were there excursion possibilities?
