LG BANTER TOUCH PROBLEM?

i hav just gotten the lg banter touch by metro pcs and it seems to be a very slow phone. Mainly when i use the camera or voice recorder. Wen i try to record a song using the voice recorder i press record, then 15 seconds later it starts recording. Same with the camera feature. Can sum1 help me or tell me wat the problem is and how to fix it
 
i am having problems with the camera, voice recording, and the video taping. it waits for a long time and freezes for about 20 seconds before it moves and freezes again.. what is going on?:mad:
