lg bliss ringtones how do i get them..?

i got this phone today . & when i bought it the guy said that i can you mp3 songs as ringtones. & i tryed that but it doesn't work:S .. & my phone didn't come with a usb cord. is there any other way to get mp3 songs to go to ringtones.. & my interent is blocked so i cant download them..
please help --

I have that same phone lol! It was kind of a pain to get me some ringtones, but it all worked out in the end and now I have some sweet ringtones. You should also get some ringtones, good luck!
