LG Cosmo camera is all fuzzy :/?

I just got an LG cosmo. As soon as I went to use the camera, the picture was all fuzzy and the colors were off, just like a special effect you can to a photo. I guess it's cool, but not how i want my pics to come out. is there anyway I can fix it?
