i have an lg dare from verizon wireless. the touch screen has almost stopped working and for those of you who know what it looks like, thats the WHOLE phone besides three buttons. okay well it didnt start messing up till now and i've had it for a year and 2 months. but today is started messing up. when i text i have to almost hit the next button to hit space, then i have to actually hit the space button to hit the clear button. the 5 button almost for the 6, and the 2 button almost for the 3. i was just wondering if there is anything i can do to fix this cause its not just texting, its for if i try to go to my settings and tools and everything. i have tried to re-calibrate it and everything nothing is working. i have had to press down on the screen a few times really hard to actually get the whole touch screen to work before this, but never that much. never had a problem out of this phone until now. is there any way i could take it apart and try to fix it or would i just be messing up the phone or taking a chance of messing it up?
