LG Keybo 2 (Telus) Problems?

I have had my phone for over a year, and I have sent it in 3 times to get fixed...
It randomly shuts off, blanks out with a text. Camera lags, sometimes it won't even turn on without being plugged in.

Does anyone have similar problems...?

Should I get a new Keybo? Or another new phone entirely? Thanks.

I'm having the same problem with my LG Keybo 2, I've had mine for over 3 years now. I would just suggest getting a new phone entirely. I'm currently upgrading to an iphone 4.

Don't get another Keybo! My Keybo does it and so does every one else's. Don't waste your money on another one! They are junk!

regarding random shut downs .. take out the battery, clean metal contacts, cut a sheet of paper to size of battery and cut out contact area. Reinsert battery and paper into battery compartment.

This worked for me, now if I could only get it to not call the first entered contact every time I try to use voice command to dial ...
