Hi there my Lg optimus 930 android phone that i have had for almiost two months is acting weird?
I bought it as apparently a new phone from bell and i am having problems accessingthe internet.
the one ladie at the bell store here in nanaimo suggested that the 6 gigs of data that i have is not
going to traalnslate into me being able to access the internet at any given moment, now what i dont think she understands is that most of the time i try to access a site through google and it just
sits there thinking and doing nothing, this is really frustrating. so i stopped by the bell store in vancouver and the people there told me that my internet is indeed screwed on the phone.
it's understandable how i am so frustrated right now after i payed close to 100 dollars a month
for service including the insurance to have her tell me that the only way that i can get a new phone is
if i have it stolen or there is damage to the unit. now in my mind i don't think there should be any problem whatsoever in regard to her replacing my current phone instead of inconveniencing me by sending it away to get fixed when i havent done anything to it.
Perhaps you can offer some suggestions as to what the problem could be?
